I've always been sensitive to the way things go and don't work together. Throughout my childhood, I can recall many instances where I redesigned packages by hand-drawing.

Iā€™m currently seeking full-time Designer Opportunities

I do have 3 years of experience as a Talent acquisition and one day I felt that this domain was not my cup of coffee and I stared looking for inspiration and connecting with senior folks, during that time I came to know about the UI/UX design and I can relate it to school days where I admired how such apps were built and what were the thinking, limitations beyond that, this drove me to enroll Design Bootcamp in Bangalore and it opened the gates to design journey. Being driven by a passion for this industry I am always ready to run the extra mile to get things done on time. Coming from a background in engineering, helped me to connect the dots between business goals, technical constraints, and user satisfaction. The design journey I began with the goal of making things look better has changed me into a person who seeks to create digital experiences that make life easier.

During my Internship, I worked on two projects and successfully both are live (Musical E-learning and Design for Bharat). Initially, I worked as a Talent Acquisition and is driven by passion and curiosity to learn drives me here. I have always had an eye for the way things do and don't fit together. Throughout my childhood, I can recall many instances where I redesigned packages by hand-drawing. Due to my excellent interaction with other team members, I was able to deliver and receive feedback in a positive light that didn't demean the design or the designer in any way. I pride myself on my kindness and honesty when critiquing others and the work and support they required. I think the projects I worked on were the highlight of my design path. I have been influenced to constantly look for problems around me and the solutions to them; for challenges like these are what drive me to work relentlessly through sleepless nights for hours on end. And I like every minute of them.
